This statement sets out the TERMS of USE of the Carob-Plus web site. The Carob-Plus website is for private
individual use, it's contents may not be reproduces or downloaded for any other purpose than the personal
information and the purchae of products. The contents photographs, pictures and technical information may
not be distributed, reproduced, stored or used in any form. Commercial documentation will be provided, as
applicable, on request.

The information provided on the Carob-Plus web site is for general information. We update the site to try and
ensure the information is correct but make no representation or warranties of any kind, whether expressed
or implied.

We provide as much information about the products as possible and endevour to ensure it is correct but we
make no claims. Generalised suggestion of suitability does not guarantee a product meets individual requirements.
Any reliance placed on the information is strictly at your own risk. Because of demand we cannot guarantee
immediate availability of all the products all the time and therefore there could occasionally be a 2 or 3 week
delay in forwarding the odd order. Delivery of orders, depending on weight, is usually by post. Goods are
appropriately packaged to provide adequate protection. We retain the proof of potage document for each order
but accept no further responsibility for receipt of goods or their state. You may pay the requisite Insurance
Charge with your order to protect against Loss or Damaged in the Post. Larger orders, which attract Free Delivery
are more commonly sent by Carrier and are covered against Loss or Damage. In the case of Damage this MUST be Reported to the Driver at the time of the delivery.
